My practice is primarily based on a systemic approach, complemented by an analytical foundation, which allows me to understand and support relational dynamics as well as individual experiences within families or groups. In certain cases, my work is enriched by a creative and playful approach, specially designed to facilitate expression and the processing of trauma or difficulties in putting certain emotions into words. Play and creativity then create a safe and calming space, encouraging more spontaneous exploration and the mobilization of personal resources. Professional experience

A psychologist for over 20 years, I have worked across a range of settings — in mental health services, specialised institutions, and private practice — supporting children, adolescents, adults, and families.

My career has notably led me to work within services specialising in child and family support, including SOS Enfants, as well as in several mental health centres and multidisciplinary teams.

Over the years, I have also developed a private practice, working in particular with adults, couples, and families.

I currently practise as an independent psychologist within the Care Happy team and from my private practice in Ixelles.
