I am a clinical psychologist, psychotherapist and neurological music therapist, offering long-term support with a gentle yet structured approach. I first create a space for pause and inner listening, helping you stabilise and reconnect with yourself. We then work collaboratively and progressively, using tools tailored to your needs: talking therapy, body-based regulation (breathing, grounding) and, when appropriate and if this feels right for you, music-based supports (music/piano).
My framework is clear and respectful: we agree on shared goals and practical steps, and I may suggest simple between-session practices to foster lasting change and autonomy.
