Description

As a clinical sexologist, I offer patients and/or couples the chance to create, together, their own journeys of discovery into their intimate sphere.
Destinations: positive sexology, well-being and emotional, relational and sexual development.

I listen and respectfully respond to questions/difficulties relating to sexual intimacy and, more broadly, to emotional and relational life, so that patients can benefit from support and advice and/or initiate sex therapy.

My approach to sex therapy is an integrative one, combining different methods to offer a holistic and personalised approach to each patient/couple's intimacy issues. I attach particular importance to the psychological, emotional, relational and bodily dimensions of each individual in the sex therapy process (cognitive-behavioural, sexo-functional, sexocorporel, etc.).

My consultations aim to improve and optimise the sexual health of any individual and/or couple, while respecting the individual's integrity and privacy. Each patient is unique, and sex therapy is tailored to their specific needs, expectations and sexual projects.

With empathy and kindness, I work with individuals and couples to develop a method that can help them to restore intimacy, improve sexual functioning and achieve a fulfilling emotional, relational and sexual life.

- Dysharmony of expectations within the couple;
- (Sexual) communication;
- Routine sexuality within the couple;
- (Sexual) self-esteem;
- Problems of understanding and communication between partners;
- Infidelity;
- Lack or excess of sexual desire;

- Erectile dysfunction;
- Premature or delayed ejaculation;

- Painful intercourse;
- Vaginismus;

- Anxiety related to penetration (or, more generally, to sexual relations);
- Difficulties related to the erotic imagination;

In a nutshell, I provide individual and/or couple therapy to promote the sexual functionality of the patient and/or the couple, education, prevention and advice on sexual health... so that sexuality can be experienced, during each intimate experience, with joy, love, passion, respect and complicity... like a real voyage of discovery!
