Description

Clinical psychologist trained at UCLouvain, I welcome you to a supportive space where everyone can feel recognized and respected as they are. I pay particular attention to each person’s strengths and uniqueness, taking into account the personal, relational, and cultural dimensions of their situation in order to provide tailored support.

My practice is based on several complementary approaches:
Person-centered therapy, which emphasizes listening, authenticity, and trust in each individual’s ability to grow and change.
Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), which helps develop a more flexible relationship with thoughts and emotions while engaging in what truly matters to the individual.
Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), which provides concrete tools to better understand and adjust certain patterns of thought or behavior.
I also integrate mindfulness exercises, emotion awareness, and psychoeducation to help individuals strengthen self-understanding and find lasting balance in daily life.

My specializations include:
Supporting individuals through grief, one or multiple traumas, situations of exile, difficult emotions, anxiety, depression, OCD, stress and burnout, as well as illnesses and other health-related issues, and insomnia.
