Hello, I am a clinical psychologist and psychotherapist (Post graduate Master's degree specialization in assessing and helping people faced with mental disorders).
I use a human-centered approach based on scientifically-proven interventions. I accompany adults, family, copples and children.
I bring my extensive knowledge and experience of the corporate and organizational world as a consultant and trainer. I have also worked in hospitals.
I am trained in CBT, hypnosis, humanistic coaching, relaxation therapy, victimology and traumatology and mindfulness meditation.
I can receive you for diagnosis, assessment and therapeutic treatment in my office or online for eg: stress, burn-out, anxiety, ADHD, high potentials, mood disorders, trauma, careers path, etc

I focus above all on your current concerns and the implementation of appropriate solutions, with an emphasis on communication, physical activities, sleep and nutrition.
I use my coaching skills to prescribe actions and support your motivation.
