Description

I am a clinical psychologist who compassionately accompanies adults in their life difficulties. I am trained in different approaches for the healing of complex trauma and attachment disorders. The accompaniment is based on your request and adapted to your values and resources of the moment and my intuitions as a therapist. My tools are the Inner Family System, Eye Movements (EMDR), NLP and Hypnosis, Sensorimotor Psychotherapy, Emotional Regulation (polyvagal theory) and Mindfulness. I am also a Yoga teacher and Instructor of Taoist practices (Qi Qong and feminine practices for natural hormonal regulation). I also give Chi Nei Tsang (belly massage/work on emotions) and Craniosacral massage.
