Over time, therapy can support greater self-awareness, emotional clarity, and a stronger sense of connection with your own life story.
I am attentive to the diversity of life experiences, personal backgrounds, and cultural contexts. Each person's way of understanding and engaging with the world is unique, and this individuality is respected throughout the therapeutic process.
I provide a supportive, confidential, and nonjudgmental environment where you can explore what matters most to you, draw on your own strengths and resources, and move forward in a way that feels meaningful and sustainable.
I work with adults facing a range of difficulties, including anxiety, depression, stress, grief, trauma, relationship challenges, low self-esteem, and major life transitions.
