Individual therapy for adults and couple therapy

Orientation: In individual therapies, my practice has an analytical orientation but depending on the problem at stake and the patient's expectations I also propose support therapy; as for couple therapy, my orientation is systemic.

I listen to you and support you in the various difficulties you might face in your life trying to make them fit in your family or relationship environment and in your personal history, in order to allow you to find the most adequate solutions.

My practice as psychotherapist is aimed at helping people facing the following type of problems:

- Work-related issues such as burn-out, stress, changing of professional orientation, expatriation adaptation
- Couple-related issues such as couple crisis, conflicts or tensions for various reasons, difficulties to cope with a separation or a divorce
- Personal issues such as loss of self-esteem
- Emotionally-related issues, anxiety, breakdown
- Support after separation or the loss of a loved-one

The proposed therapy can be short or long-term, depending on the nature of the difficulties you are facing and your expectations.

In our sessions, I listen to you carefully, in a welcoming and non-judgmental way, in a supporting environment.

My office is located in the Vesalius medical center in Uccle.
Parking in front of the medical center or at the rear of the building.
