Hello everyone,
I am a young Belgian psychologist who has just arrived in my thirties (and that's oky with me ;) ). I work as an occupational psychologist 4 days a week at the Brussels Police, which is why my hours are a bit atypical.

I am specialized in :

Stress and anxiety management
Work on self-confidence and self-efficacy
Grief
Professional retraining
Burnout
Conflict management (mediation, conciliation, etc.)
Support following moral harassment/sexual harassment
etc.

My approach is mostly integrative but is based on humanistic and experiential currents. I consider my patients to be the main actors of their change and the experts of their own person. I must remain in a humble and open position. Therapy is a path that is co-constructed in a relationship of trust between therapist and patient.

In addition to my Master diploma in Psychology from the Catholic University of Louvain, I have taken several training courses, including a certification course with the International School of Coaching, to deepen my knowledge. I am convinced that coaching tools offer a more concrete analysis and response that psychologists must integrate into their practice.
