Description

Being oneself in a complex and perpetually evolving world is not easy. But it is possible and incredibly freeing.

Going to therapy requires both trust and courage. Trust that feeling better once and for all is achievable. And courage to gain awareness on painful issues in order to evolve.

I have worked with adults of all ages for over 10 years. Therapy is often sought because of a debilitating symptom (e.g. anxiety or burnout). Eventually however comes the realisation that symptoms result from deeper blocages and fears, and that they can be tackled. A new experience then unfolds: duress becomes an opportunity to evolve, and serenity becomes the default life setting.

Therapy encourages you to talk freely, which brings about true freedom of speech. As one becomes free to talk, they listen to themselves but also to others in a different manner. And that is when the magic needed to go about life starts to happen.

I offer two types of consultations:
1- Weekly individual therapy sessions for adults (45 mins)
2- A single counselling session focusing on a specific matter you wish to get a better handle on (90 mins)

I am specialised in adult psychotherapy (4 years post-grad) and in the treatment of burnout, depression and anxiety disorders in particular.
