I support adults through their difficulties, questionning and life transitions, mainly using Gestalt therapy.
Gestalt pays particular attention to the relationship between the living organism and its environment, how they interact and influence each other. We are who we are because we were born in a specific place and family, live in a specific time and place, speak a specific language, work in a given environment... When something significant changes in our environment, our situation also changes.

Each therapy is unique, each support programme is tailor-made as I walk alongside the person who comes to see me. Because more than techniques, I believe that it is the exchange between people and the process itself that are therapeutic.
