Description

I support adults (individually or as couples) through their difficulties, questions, and life transitions, mainly using Gestalt therapy. I draw on what is happening in the moment, in the contact between the person seeking help and myself. Gestalt also pays particular attention to the relationship between the living organism and its environment, how they interact and influence each other. We are who we are because we were born in a particular country and era, into a particular family, we speak a specific language, we live and work in a specific environment... When something important changes in our environment, our situation also changes.
Each therapy is unique, each support is tailor-made as I walk alongside the person who comes to consult me. I believe that, more than techniques, rather the process itself and the exchange between the persons are therapeutic.
When important changes and transitions occur in life (e.g. birth, becoming an adult, “milestone” birthday, marriage/wedding, moving, retirement, separation, grief), I can create tailor-made rituals for and with the person(s) concerned.
