I am certified in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), an approach grounded in scientific psychology and based on concrete, change-oriented techniques.

My consultations are conducted in a spirit of collaboration, transparency, and action. The goal of CBT is to learn how to modify, here and now, behaviors, thoughts, or habits that generate distress. This approach relies on practical tools. Change is built gradually through experiments, exercises, and therapeutic tasks carried out between sessions. Please note that CBT is not a magic solution—it is an effective set of techniques that requires commitment, active work, and genuine collaboration. My role is to support you, structure the process, and help you define realistic goals that respect your pace, your long-term well-being, and your relationships.

I work with a wide range of difficulties, including generalized anxiety, depression, specific phobias, obsessive-compulsive disorder (checking, washing, rituals, order, hoarding, etc.), relationship difficulties, problematic alcohol use, behavioral addictions (screens, shopping, food, etc.), burnout, social anxiety, sleep disorders, panic attacks and panic disorder, school phobia, parenting support, emotional regulation difficulties, and adjustment disorders (separation, relocation, etc.)
